Flour Crackers Production Outline
- Mix wheat flour and other ingredients with water.
- Drop to roller sheeting machine to flatten and cut according to desired size.
- Transfer to frying, cooling, flavoring and drying machines. Frying time is 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, the finished products are ready to be packed by packaging machine.
